There's no doubt about it, we are becoming accustomed to bad service! Directory enquiries in now in India and manned by people whose knowledge of the English language is minimal. I can't speak to my bank manager but am put through to a call centre instead. Repairs are not done properly, deadlines are not met and when you ring to complain you wait in a queue for hours, usually on your mobile, only to be told it is all your fault by a 15 year old on work experience (or so it seems!)

But some companies are trying really hard, and we are one of them. We are very small and handle all our customer orders ourselves and we make a point of getting your order out as quickly as is possible. If it's in stock it will be in the post by the next day at the latest, sometimes the same day. And if we mess it up? (Well everybody has bad days!) please phone us or email and we promise not to bite your head off! You are, after all, what's made us successful and we will do our best to look after you and make sure you are happy with your purchases.

So have we published only nice comments? Yes, of course we have - we're not stupid! But, honestly, there have been very few complaints. We can only think of one letter of complaint and that was because it was Christmas and the post office didn't get someone's parcel out quickly enough. Hey, cheers for the awesome Poi (Alternator Poi)! Non stop use, now need new batteries . . . they are amazing, would recommend over any of the others as between a few of us we have the Rainbow Strobe and Candy Cane Strobe and LED Connect Poi too and these give the best effect without the use of fire poi. I would like to truly congratulate you on your company. I must say that I do quite a lot of shopping over the internet and Balls-U-Like is by far the best site I have ever bought anything from. Internet shopping is always a bit "computerized" and mechanical (and that is acceptable due to the nature of the industry) but you have somehow managed to put that human touch back to the internet transaction.
