When will I get my stuff?
We aim to ship all orders the same or next day depending on what time they
are received. Depending on your choice of delivery method you may well be
in the hands of Postman Pat. If you have chosen ‘Next Day Delivery’ then
we will be using a courier who will deliver up to 4pm that day. Your order
may well be of a weight that makes it cheaper for you to receive goods by
next Day Courier in which case you will find your delivery charge is a maximum
of £8.50 including VAT (UK Mainland)
If you have specified particular colours or other preferences then we may
need to contact you if there is any issue with your choices so please do
give us a valid e-mail address and telephone number.
Are my details confidential?
This is a secure shopping site. We do not retain any details regarding
your credit card or other financial details. We never sell or pass on your
details to any third party.
How do you work out the delivery cost?
You pay strictly by weight which is calculated ‘on the fly’ when
you are placing your order. This weight is then used to calculate the cheapest
possible cost and you can choose between First Class, Second Class and Parcel
Post or Next Day delivery (maximum £8.50 UK Mainland). You can also
collect your goods if you ewish which results in a zero carriage charge
(of course). Please call to arrange pick up.
Do you ship to where I live?
We are happy to ship all over the world. Unfortunately, it is not always possible for us to automatically calculate the cost for items shipped outside of the UK. In this case, we will contact you prior to despatch to discuss with you your options and costs for shipping the goods.
Can I send it back?
We will be happy to refund your money if you return any unwanted goods in their original packing and undamaged within 21 days.
Can I get a VAT receipt?
If you require documentation beyond the e-mail confirmation we have already sent you with VAT detailed on it then please contact us and we will be happy to oblige.
I am outside of the EEC and don’t pay VAT?
You will not be charged VAT if you are outside of the EC.
Can I order over the phone?
Of course, please browse the site and select your items, add them to the basket if you wish and porint the basket for reference. The just give us a call on 01423 884242 and we will be happy to take your order over the phone.
Can I pay other than by card?
Please place your order over the phone or print out your shopping basket. You can then send us a cheque or postal order for the value of the goods.
Can I come and see you?
Please do, but we are a warehouse not a shop so it would be better if you
could give us a phone call prior to calling in to our Aladdins cave of
juggling items.
